I am enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual who has over 7 years of experience giving efficient and high quality service to the company that I have worked with. Became a Supervisor to enhance skills and train them to become unleash their skills and full capability in call handling. 
I am skilled in communicating with clients over phone, email and chat. I have experience with Live Chat support and I am eager to learn new things to get a job well done.
