Profile Description

Top Skills

Experience: 2 - 5 years

I've worked as an Accounts Receivable employee for a US account in the past, my main task was handling invoice updates and making sure customer and client's are aware of invoice due dates and send follow ups when necessary. Other work for this role I have done includes processing payments in our system and NetSuite, processing chargebacks, and working with client's to make sure they're aware of their finances.

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Sending out emails has been my bread and butter when I was an Accounts receivable, it was our main communication tool with clients, so working on special requests and specific updates/tasks has been something we handled day to day

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Accurate details after long work hours doesn't stop even if the work has been tedious and straining, I do my best to make sure it's still accurate

Other Skills

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Doing back office tasks and make sure documentations are up to date, as well as assisting with verifying customer and clients' integrity and permits for their profile and availability to continue to function

Experience: 5 - 10 years

I've been able to handle doing multiple tasks at the same time without sacrificing quality for a long time due to heavy work load on surge occasions at my previous work
