Profile Description

I am a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management graduate. I was a customer service associate/technical support under a voice account for about two years under two of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines.

Then, around 2017, I started my work-from-home career. Below are my experiences:

I became an eBay product lister. I list profitable products from Amazon to eBay.

I also became an eCommerce virtual assistant. I mainly handle customer support (email and chat) and social media management (Facebook and Instagram).

Then a Linkedin Lead Development Coordinator. What I did was help clients connect to new people and expand their network.
I was also doing some freelance jobs doing HR kinds of stuff where I hire people for a sales campaign and Google My Business account management.

Currently, I'm working for an Australian client as a Customer Service Advocate, where I'm doing both customer service and administrative tasks.

To sum it up, I am well-versed in communicating with people either through email, phone, or chat. I am also tech-savvy and know my way around Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Xero, Magento, Zendesk, Upgrade to see actual info addition, I also know basic logo editing using Canva because I'm passionate about art.
