I've been working in a BPO company since 2014, From Customer Sales, Technical Support and my very recent job title was Fraud Specialist for a very reputable bank in US. JPMrogan Chase
I handled both inbound and outbound calls, I've been assisting US customers and preferred to work on a graveyard shift. My BPO experience is quite enjoyable and honed me to become a world class customer service representative/technical specialist/fraud specialist rolled into one.
I was trained to multitasks. I can call leads and do follow ups, receive inbound and make outbound calls, update clients calendar, chat, create and reply to email inquiries, research, set appointments, generate leads, I will do everything I can to delight your customers. I can deliver, If I'm not too sure with the tasks I do research. If the research I made is still insufficient, then I ask the client for more information, I have the ability to think out of the box, When it comes to clients, I give more than what they're asking for. I suggest ideas based on the knowledge I have and help them improve their business.
I will always provide quality, accurate and efficient work for my providers. I always give my best in every job given to me for the satisfaction of my clients. If given a chance I will be an asset to your company.
