I can call leads and do follow ups, receive inbound and make outbound calls, update clients calendar, chat, create and reply to email inquiries, research, set appointments, generate leads, I will do everything I can to delight your customers. I can deliver, If I'm not too sure with the tasks I do research. If the research I made is still insufficient, then I ask the client for more information, I have the ability to think out of the box, When it comes to clients, I give more than what they're asking for. I suggest ideas based on the knowledge I have and help them improve their business.
