Profile Description

I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 10 years already. For the first 2 years of my work, I handled US and Australian account doing Outbound  Sales calls. After that, I became a data entry specialist and QA specialist for an SEO company based in US. I also tried working for Amazon - US for a Customer Service Position ( Phone Calls) wherein we track customer's items and solve their problems about their items. I also tried setting up an appointment for several Insurance companies in the United States. I also worked as a Product Fulfillment Specialist for an SEO company which I worked in before. We list customer's listing online and make sure they get the right visibility we promised to them.

My recent job was a cold caller for an investor based in US. I already experienced dealing with investors in TX, CA, OH, PA and DC metro area. Task involve of calling homeowners and asking them if they would be interested in selling their property. Once they agree, I will get some basic information about the property and will set up an appointment for my investor or Acquisitions Specialist. 

I also have an experience in using Lead Sherpa, Podio, BatchLeads and Launch Contorl for sending out SMS/text messages to homeowners to see if they're planning to sell their property.
