Operational Management- Oversee/
Monitor operations in collaboration with senior managers and department
leaders, perform administrative task such as managing calendars, generating
correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, coordinating
meetings.
Act as a liaison between
executives and all other department. Facilitate communication and collaboration
across department.
Executive support- providing
insights and recommendations. Prepare reports, presentations for the
Co-Chairman
Gatekeeping & overseeing the
flow of communication between others and the Co-Chairman.
Project Management- Develop &
build relationship with all employees for increased efficiency and
responsiveness of existing operations and help define operational strategies.
Serve as subject matter expert
handling inquiries and assisting with preparation and dissemination of
communications.
