I am a registered nurse. I have quite an experience with email and chat support, order fulfillment, and other inquiries when I worked in a BPO company for Amazon UK. I have then extended my customer service skills when I worked home-based for 2 US-based companies, one Singapore-based, two-Thailand based, and one New Zealand-based company. I've had experience working as a Medical Transcriptionist, Email, and Chat Support, and as a general e-Commerce Virtual Assistant. Checking order fulfillment, data entry, placing orders, drop shipping, updating inventory replenishment, banner design, and adding product photo and description on the website, social media account management, and adequate experience with Shopify, Dropified, and customer service platforms Zendesk, Gorgias, ManyChat and Re:amaze.
I have Facebook Page Management and Moderation experience. I also have a minute experience with article writing for a Vegas-based company and some experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.
