Profile Description

I began my administrative work in 2002 and since 2017, I've been working as a virtual assistant.

As a customer service virtual assistant, I am well-experienced in email management, processing of customer's queries, issues, reviews, refunds, and returns. I also perform keyword research and optimization tasks.

From 2010 to 2017, I worked as a Training Coordinator/Office Administrator where I was in charge of daily office management and scheduling clients for training courses related to oil and gas industries.

I have vast experience in working closely with customers. I was in charge of answering customer’s training inquiries, advising what training they require in compliance with the standard requirements, sending quotations and joining instructions, and providing them feedback in case their personnel failed the course. 

I enjoy doing a variety of tasks but I ensure that I don't lose focus on the work at hand. I left my office job to take care of my sons and I chose to work from home for my continuous professional growth.
