With over 12 years of working in the Call Center Industry and Virtual Assistant Space working on different roles.  I've been a Sales/ Technical/ Chat/ Email/ Data Entry/ VA/ ESL Teacher, Sales Support Expert, Marketing Lead, Project Manager, Human Resource, and as a Manager in different accounts and projects.  I have developed skills that molded and given me leverage and confidence in doing any task assigned to me. 

I can perform admin tasks like management, data entry, scheduling, responding to emails, chat, phone support, and recruitment. I also have the experience of being a coach, thus I can say I have the ability to explain and share concepts to help trainees understand and perform well.
