My happiness is being able to interact with customers. I first started as a service crew on a leading fast food chain in the Philippines while studying college. After college I then worked as a customer service representative at USSC ( a Western Union agent) for almost 11 years. With that,
I have extensive experience on customer support, customer retention and a problem solver. Also, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science hence, I have background and knowledge in MS Word and Excel not to mention the hands on while I was still at work. After a few months of rest, I would love to work again, make good use of my capability and earn at the same time.
