I have been working in the BPO industry since 2003, and have background and experience dealing with customers and clients in the following areas: customer service, sales, travel, telecommunications and finance. I have also been a corporate trainer in financial companies such as JP Morgan Chase and the American International Group among others. I have strong people
client management skills as part of my role as a trainer is to liaise with clients every day. More recently, I have experience in project management handling several projects with my last company as a remote operations executive. I also have a strong verbal and written command of the English language. I was also an ESL (English as Second Language) Teacher, and I taught Korean, Thai, Chinese, Taiwanese and Vietnamese students. I am in comfortable with different systems that are being used. Some of the systems / tools that I have experience on are the following: MS Office, Google Documents, including G Drive, GCal and Hangouts, Podio, Wordpress (for Content Management), Freshdesk. Sabre Interact, Worldspan, IBM Blueworks, among others. I have very strong presentation and facilitation and organizational skills. I am a self starter, and can
basic troubleshoot my machine when needed.
