Profile Description

While studying in college, I worked for a relative as an assistant at his photo studio, doing photo editing and enhancing as well as designing albums for events such as weddings, debuts etc.

My first job was as an outbound telemarketing specialist, setting appointments with prospective clients, doing pre-sales survey, and generating leads for marketing calls.

Thereafter, I worked for a BPO/call center company as an inbound customer care agent for 9 years. I received customer service as well as ticketing sales calls for one of the largest airline companies in the US. I was trained for different skills as well like online support for the airline's website and up-selling and cross-selling for travel partners like hotels and car rentals.
