I
have worked as Customer Service Trainer and Supervisor for an Australian company, I was with the same company for almost five years. Prior to that I was working in call centers as Customer Service Representative. I have also done Virtual Assistance for Ecommerce sites like Shopify and Ebay, and have managed social media sites as well.
In addition tot his, I also used to have my own Shopify store unfortunately, that only lasted for about a month as I didn't have the funds to pay for all the Shopify apps
needed to install so I gave it up.
I can also write articles and blogs as I have done so during my first couple of years as freelancer.
I am knowledgeable in Ecommerce, CRM, Google Drive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Helpscout, Wordpress, Zopim, Data Entry, Groove HQ and MS Office. I have amazing customer service and web research skills.
I have always been reliable and trustworthy. I always make sure I am able to contribute to the success of the company I work for.
