After my Etsy account was suspended, I started creating content on YouTube with a focus on lettering. Since July 5, 2025, I have published 139 videos and gained over 111,000 views. This experience taught me how to create content consistently, understand audience engagement, and grow a niche-focused platform. I also expanded my presence to Facebook and TikTok, where I learned to manage multiple social media platforms, create engaging content, and build an online audience. My Facebook Page became monetized, and I was able to earn from TikTok livestreams. Through this journey, I learned the value of consistency, patience, and continuous improvement in content creation.

Raket was the first platform I joined, and I made my first sale on December 13, 2024. After that first sale on Raket, my sales on Etsy increased significantly. However, I lost hope when my Etsy account was suspended on July 4, 2025. Thankfully, I made my second sale on Raket today, June 10, 2026. Truly, God is amazing and always at work. Through both the Raket and Etsy platforms, I managed my own store, created digital product listings, optimized product descriptions, focused on a niche in invitations and printables, and monitored store performance. This journey has not been easy, but I believe that through patience, perseverance, and hard work, every sacrifice will eventually pay off. I am grateful for how far I have come, and I believe that even greater opportunities are yet to come.

In the first 2 years of using Canva, I used it solely for academic purposes, making my projects more appealing and presentable. As time went by, I continued using Canva and have now been using it for almost 5 years. My interest in Canva grew even more when I was introduced to e-commerce platforms such as Raket and Etsy. Through these platforms, I create and sell different digital products, including templates and printables for birthdays, weddings, graduations, and Valentine's Day. Canva has helped me develop my graphic design skills and creativity. Although I still have a lot to learn, I believe the skills I have gained can be applied to the job opportunities that await me.

My experience on Etsy taught me how to conduct keyword research and product market analysis using EverBee. This helped me understand how keywords can improve the visibility of product listings and reach potential customers.

I opened my Etsy account on July 23, 2024, and in 2025, I received 13 orders from customers in the United States and the Netherlands. However, on July 1 and 2, 2025, some of my listings were removed, and my account was eventually suspended on July 4, 2025. Looking back, I realized that I lacked knowledge about intellectual property at that time. My main focus was creating templates that my customers would love, and I did not fully understand the importance of intellectual property guidelines. This experience taught me a valuable lesson, and I am now more careful and mindful to ensure that the same mistake will not happen again. Despite this setback, my experience on Etsy taught me many valuable skills. In almost a year of managing my store, I learned how to create and optimize product listings, design and sell digital products, conduct keyword research, respond to customer inquiries, and process orders. These experiences helped me better understand how an e-commerce business operates and strengthened my skills in online store management.

During my college years, I learned how to use Microsoft Excel for collecting and organizing data, as well as using basic formulas and functions. Whenever I encounter something I don't know, I also use AI tools to help me learn new formulas and techniques that can make my work easier and more efficient. While I still have a lot to learn, I continue to improve my Excel skills through practice and by applying them to different tasks that require accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Microsoft PowerPoint has helped me create presentations that I never thought I would be able to design before. The smooth flow of my slides and the positive reactions from my classmates encouraged me to keep improving. I enjoy creating presentations that are both engaging and visually appealing for viewers. Although I have learned a lot through experience, I still have much to learn and continue to improve my presentation design skills through practice and self-learning.
