Profile Description

I am currently working for a government agency and am looking for part time work to augment our income, my current line of work is more in line with Data Inventory, Encoding, File Preservation and Data Management.

Previously I have worked in the contact center industry for about 10 years. I started out as email technical support and then was transferred to the pioneer back office account for Intel. After that I transitioned to technical support (both voice and chat) for Dell then offer to become a Desktop Engineer for a small contact center which eventually transitioned to a Senior Role in the company.

I have picked up a few skills along the way with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.), Google Workspace, (Drive, Sheets, etc.) Inventory Management, Physical and Network Troubleshooting, Basic Server Management for both WIndows and Linux, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Shared Files/Folders and Firewall Management.

I can work with minimal supervision and can easily pick up designated tasks assigned to me.
