I have been a customer service agent for dish US for more than 5 years, started as a CSR then became technical support and on the last 2 years of it I moved up to their loyalty department as a retention specialist.
Continuously I was their top agent and i never had a hard time because i just enjoy talking on the phone, resolving issues whether by the book or out of the box it always comes out naturally. I have been an ISA for more than 2 years now mostly cold calling such as circle prospecting, expireds and fsbo. Admin tasks provided was handling CRM's and updating appointments.
