Profile Description

I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a
BPO company here in the Philippines. Being a part of an online customer
oriented industry, customer satisfaction is the fundamental goal. To achieve that, different skills must be considered and observed. Example of which, you must have a typing speed of at least 50 wpm and an exceptional listening skills to cope up with customer's inquiries which I acquired working back then.
For several years, I worked as an eBay Store Manager who was responsible for customer inquiries, fulfillment processes, managing returns and refunds,
searching and listing profitable items and talking to Amazon or eBay whenever needed to maintain the store.

Moreover, multitasking that includes talking while typing and running through
applications are quite common for me. I am proficient in Microsoft Office,
Google Apps and photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and the like. I am also a
goal-oriented other than a task-oriented person, so what matters most to me
basically is the result and not just for the sake of doing a task that must be
done. Furthermore, I can work well  with less supervision or even without supervision as long as I already mastered the tasks given.
With these experiences and knowledge, I am confident that I can do the
