I've been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and played different types of roles such as a customer service representative, technical support, and virtual assistant. I've worked with Microsoft as a Customer Service Representative handling accounts and billing related inquiries/requests and was promoted to Helpdesk support troubleshooting Windows OS issues (Windows 7, 8.1, or 10). I've done my fair share of Network troubleshooting while working for a VPN provider as a technical chat support representative where we handled VPN configurations and troubleshooting network connections via routers or modems.I also worked as a virtual assistant for a Property Management Company based in Hawaii where we handle 200+ properties. My main tasks include (but not limited to) communicating and coordinating maintenance-related requests with tenants/vendors, following up on ongoing projects/repairs, acquiring quotations for different projects/repairs, following up/opening insurance claims on behalf of property owner, etc.I'm a fast learner with keen attention to details, punctual, and can work well even with minimum supervision. I always ensure that I provide great quality service.I'm open to learning new skills and new experiences that are needed in order for me to help you with your business needs.
