I help businesses, CEOs, Project Managers, and growing teams stay organized behind the scenes so projects move smoothly from planning to closeout. With 6+ years of experience as a licensed Electrical Engineer, Project Coordinator, Estimator, and Executive Assistant, I support daily operations, project coordination, documentation management, scheduling, vendor communication, and construction administration for US-based teams.

Through my experience working directly with contractors, vendors, clients, and field teams, I’ve observed that the technical aspect is rarely the main issue in construction projects. Most delays, confusion, and costly mistakes usually come from communication gaps, poor coordination, missed follow-ups, and disorganized documentation. That’s where I focus most of my work.

I specialize in keeping teams aligned, communication clear, and project information organized so nothing falls through the cracks. I’ve handled RFIs, submittals, change orders, permit tracking, project closeout documents, procurement coordination, scheduling, CRM tracking, executive support, and construction workflow management across multiple active projects.
