Profile Description

I'm a detail-oriented virtual assistant specializing in eBay listing operations and eCommerce data work, with a strong side in AI automation.

For my clients I run the full listing workflow — Cassini-optimized titles, condition grading, pricing research (Terapeak, AbeBooks, Biblio), sell-similar refreshes, and CSV-based bulk uploads — keeping large volumes of product data accurate and upload-ready. This is high-volume, detail-critical work, and accuracy is the part I take most seriously. I notice and flag issues as I go rather than keying in blindly.

That same discipline carries into data entry and admin support: organizing customer, product, and pricing data, tracking records, and producing clean, structured reports.
What sets me apart is that I build my own automations. Using Claude, Python, and n8n, I created PaigeBot — a tool that generates upload-ready eBay listing CSVs from scratch — so I don't just do repetitive data work, I make it faster and more reliable.

I also run my own Shopify store and a small preloved-book resale business, so I understand eCommerce from the seller's side — inventory, pricing, and the numbers behind it. I'm currently completing Intuit's bookkeeping certification to strengthen the accounting side of my admin work.
