SKILLS? I am an experienced lead generation professional with strong target achievement in Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, and Credit Card Pulling.
 I also had experience in hard selling. I know how to develop and qualify leads that may lead to sales. I did inbound and outbound calls, and emails campaigns to clients/customers regarding products and services. 
My enthusiasm and my skills are my strongest points. I am hardworking and always open to new ideas that can equip me for any job responsibilities.
As an experienced appointment setter, I worked in a Life Burial insurance program and also in a Health Insurance campaign. I did a follow-up through our CRM system making calls to hot, warm, and cold leads and scheduling physical appointments for an authorized insurance agent to the specific US state. I also had experience as tele sales agent in a Natural Gas, Roofing campaign and Solar Energy.

Work Experience? I have worked in a center ( FLINGS, INC. BPO Cebu Philippines) for more than 3 years as a Team Leader, (call center agent as I started then promoted to SME and became a Team Leader). I resigned and dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home since I really have to earn and at the same time, as a mom, I realized I must have spare time for my kids as well.
