Profile Description

I've been working in a BPO industry for over 8 years now. I've handled telco, healthcare, social media and retail accounts. I started as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Support in 2015. Aside from upselling and resolving complex customer inquiries, I am also trained to do the basic troubleshooting. In 2021, I work my way up to become a Subject Matter Expert where I need to provide knowledge, resources and information to support agents. 

I developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effectively alternative plans. My greatest value is my ability to work independently. I can multi-task with minimum supervision. I am also proficient in google operations, Microsoft applications, email and calendar management.
