To begin with, I was a Guest Service Representative in Radisson Blu Cebu as one of the 5-star hotels for 5 years. I handle reservations, check-in and check-out process, refunds, inbound and outbound calls. room & restaurant reservations. I started my career at home-based jobs when the pandemic started. I started as a Customer Service Representative, it lasted probably a year and followed as a Virtual Assistant in one of the home cares in Pennsylvania, USA. To give you an overview of my client right now, he owns some properties in the UK, so we are helping him manage all his properties. I am directly reporting to the Hotel Manage & to him (The Director).
 I am very much open to new learnings needed for my task and I would like to show you my efficiency as a valued employee. I am the right fit for this position since I am a hardworking person, can work under pressure and with less supervision. I am resilient, adaptable to change, fast learner and a detail-oriented person.
