Profile Description

I have experience working as a Paralegal in a Personal Injury Law Firm in California and Arizona. As a Litigation Paralegal, I draft full high-demand letters, handle cases by efiling initial complaints to the Court through One Legal, monitor the Deadline Chains and other tabs using Filevine system, request service to the Defendants through ABC Legal/ALSSI, propound initial discovery to the opposing counsel, I call the client for discovery interview in response to the initial discovery propounded by the opposing counsel, I request records to different medical facilities, and monitor the overall case status of each case handled. I also draft pleadings, letters, documents, and effects, generating of court documents, and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Some of the drafts I have made are Answer to Complaint, Demurrer, Opposition to Motion to Vacate, Motion for Earnings Withholdings Order against a Non-debtor Spouse of a Judgment Debtor, Motion to Amend to Add the DBAs, Motion for the Issuance of Order to Show Cause for Contempt for Disobedience of a Subpoena Duly Served, and many others.
