As one of the pioneer customer service professional in the Philippines for over 9 years, I continually acquire new knowledge and new ideas from the BPO industry. I used to handle different line of business, different position and different line of support such as chat, email and phone, including administrative task. From billing specialist that handles credit card dispute, real estate,  being an escalation and mediator to online platform, as HR assistant and now being a quality analyst for life insurance.  Being forward thinking, resourceful and flexible, reliable and detail oriented professional. I believe in total client satisfaction defines success. I have been exposed to multitasking, planning, instruction, assessment, while making sure that there is quality in service. I have the necessary qualifications and several years of experience , but of course this does not capture the unique advantages that I can provide to the company. I am passionate doing my work well to provide a good result. I am available most of the time to accommodate interviews. Willing to be trained and  to learn new things  to align with the company standards.  I believe that I am efficient to work as virtual assistant based on the kind of person that has become of me from my work experience.
