I am used to troubleshooting complex issues and navigating multiple software tools simultaneously, making me the perfect assistant for a busy entrepreneur. I have also had a job at Construct Connect for 5 months as a Customer Support in which we gather information regarding different contractors across the country.

The skills that I have learned working there are the ff: CRM Management: Experienced in data entry and managing customer records in complex systems. Troubleshooting: I can figure out how to use new software quickly. Process Oriented: I follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to ensure zero errors.
