I’ve been working in a call center for 6 year as customer support representative. During that time, I’ve been trained and certified on a number of different software platforms and systems. I’d describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and willingness to go extra mile to satisfy a Upgrade to see actual info really bothers me if can’t resolve the customer’s issue in one call, that I need to call them back the next day because I know time is precious to everyone.
