Profile Description

Job experiences mostly came from BPO. I worked as a Technical Support Representative (TSR) in Sitel for 5 months for a company based in the US. We handle customers with issues with their appliances Upgrade to see actual info it be TV, Fridge, Washers, Oven etc.. We provide information with the products and give first call resolutions then schedule technicians if it can't be resolved through phone. After that, I transferred to Hongkong Teleservices and worked as a Customer Service Representative for 11 months. The account is a check printing company in the US. We basically place check orders and and resolve problems related with their check orders like delivery delays and information printed on it. We also provide information with customer's inquiries with different check products. I am a fast learner and can work under pressure. I can handle customers well and can meet client's expectations when it comes to my performance. I joined 2018 in a BPO company but as part of Human Resources-Corporate Recruitment. I have an experience from sourcing to onboarding. Last 2020, I was given an opportunity to be part of Group HR under Talent and Project Management. I handled different Project Implementations focusing on TA Process Improvement as a Continuous Improvement Officer across 8 sites. Currently, I am working as a Continuous Improvement Manager I and handling Internal Communication.
