It makes my customer service experience level quite high due to large volume of workload plus multi-tasking since I have promoted as level II under TSR, Do some outbound calls to our long valued customer. Making sure everything is fair when it comes to service and doing some refund on their account if needed.

Been in sales as part timer and learned customer service under sales account isn't just selling its about helping the consumers to received their orders accurately, Did some extra mile asking them if that is their need or they do need something else and using my knowledge about our product to help them on how to use it.

This work test my mind endurance and mental health since this require a wide understanding on things due to some of this content is 18+ and more on gory content. We should properly appeal that content for having a bad image or video that isn't suitable for our minor's and elderly's to watch. I am happy to be a part of this environment because this is globally matter and we're the 1st filter to manage and block that disturbing video that you or your kids could watch.

Been in 6 months of handling thousand to millions of money daily and gain their trust since I don't have bad records when it comes to stealing, I found myself focused on tallying collected cash to our system. After 6 months I've been promoted as Financial Admin and connecting to our financial department locally for all the transactions daily and securing deposited cash on banks while carefully carrying bags full of cash weekly. Sometimes if the bank's fails to meet the by-weekly payroll to our employees I personally get money and manually distribute them to the employees over 100+ persons and accurately checking all their attendance, incentives, kpi's then fullfilling reports that are needed when they receive their salary.

Experience personal micro business selling the motorcycle items. I enjoyed this journey because I'm selling the things that I am passionate with and been fully exposed of the good and bad customers daily that enhance my patient and learn to understand things in good or other ways. Did the daily managing social media pages inquiries, google mapping registration for them to see us even if they use google map for possibly higher sales. Self study learned how to generated image, edit image and posting in other platform. I actually learned how to make short vids edit and music edit to boost my product online.

Been using this to my works and learned how to do it quickly by knowing some shortcuts on its tools and doing it accurately and time efficient. Product listing, attendance and other mortgage/leases via excel.

Been using this tools mostly of my work for 5 years or more. Secured accuratetly typing in precision while doing it more or less 60 wpm. Used this as formatting books and magazines by checking spelling, grammar and placement of title, sub-title, Annotation, Body, Abstract, Reference, DOI, and some of the tables.

Working under pressure due to too many conditions per county and did some good progress in understanding in MS word and Excel since we used that daily also emailing our workload as a team leader and answering/analysing discrepancy that not met the requirements per project instruction.
