Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several reputable organizations, where I’ve progressed in roles that have allowed me to build a deep and broad understanding of the industry. Over the years, I have honed my skills as a Supervisor, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed the challenges and responsibilities that come with managing teams and ensuring optimal performance. I bring with me a diverse background in both voice and non-voice accounts, giving me a versatile skill set that allows me to adapt to various customer needs and operational requirements. My experience spans across multiple critical healthcare processes, including Eligibility & Benefits (E&B), Billing, Prior Authorization, Claims, and Appeals—both for members and providers. Additionally, I have worked with facility and physician billing, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of the billing cycle in healthcare. Starting my career in 2002, I have made it a priority to continuously learn and evolve. I strongly believe in creating opportunities not only for myself but for those around me as well. This mindset has helped me grow into a leader who values people development and team success. My background in Operations, People Management, and Process Improvement has been instrumental in supporting US Healthcare campaigns, where I’ve led various initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing service delivery. In addition to my operational expertise, I have built a strong foundation in Client Management/Services. I thrive in client-facing roles because I genuinely enjoy supporting others and making sure they feel valued and empowered in everything they do.
