I've been with the BPO industry for 10 years now, I have been in a call center industry for over 7 years now. I perfectly know how telesales work. Appointment Setting is really my forte, both physical (face to face) or phone appointment. I have handled Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumers (B2C). From timeshare, lead generation, mortgage, Insurances such as car, home, health, and retirement plan.
I have been consistent top agent/contractor in every team I have been to. My experienced led me to what I am getting right now. I am confident that I can give you good results in whatever task you ask me to. I am a fast learner and always open for any challenges.
I am a self-motivated person who is willing to go above and beyond on any project, and to learn valuable skills on my own time.
For seven years, I developed many of the skills required for this job, including answering phones and email, and basic tasks using the computer.
I know you are looking for a self-motivated freelancer with both skills and passion, and I am that person.
I am hardworking and see to it that I meet deadlines. I am quite adept in Excel and other MS Applications. I can also take in calls of needed be and do some data analysis. Flexibility and multi-tasking are some of my key strengths. Willing to learn, eager to explore for me to be better at what I do. I can write and speak fluently, and my command of the English language is on par with my experiences.
