Shopify Admin Assistant

I do manage the store of my previous employer, the only thing I don't full experience is the order fulfillment, and I'm open to doing it since I was an admin assitant from the past and I learn things quickly.

This is my main task from my past employer, adding products to the store from sources like Home Depot, Lowes, and other main store or brands.

I can say that I'm a tech-savy already because I've been using computer since I was elementary, I have knowledge in fixing issues, hardware & software. This is one of the reason why I can say that I learn fast quickly in terms of the applications that the store or company is using.

I have done product research for upload and update, using them as a source on what product we can add in the store. Mostly those top selling products from sources are the one we used to.

We used google sheets for product tracking and records.

I have done things that was assigned by my employer, mostly things that are not related to Shopify backend or admin.

I have done some SEO optimization of the products using Semrush.

For microsoft excel, most of the time I use this in updating CSV files when I need to update products in bulk.

This is one of the main AI I've used from the past, this was the AI I used for the store that I've worked for since the results I got from it are one of the best. You just need the right prompt.

This one is connected to product research.

I have made prompt for the store in otpimization of product title, descriptions and generating AI images. I have used ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini.
