A quick introduction about myself:
I am a degree holder in Interior Design. I have designed a couple of residential and commercial units through freelancing for the past 7 years.
Apart from interior design, I also have a solid experience with Customer Service as I have experienced doing it for 3 years when a leading American health brand hired me. Also, I've been a part of an e-commerce company based in Canada (Shopify). I've worked with them for more than a year as one of their front-line gurus; someone who handles chat, calls, and emails of thousands of merchants bringing up their issues or concerns regarding their e-commerce stores and helping them customize it and help respond to their website's issues.
In 2017 I was hired by a New York Based furniture supplier company as their Off-Site Virtual Assistant to assist with furniture designs and bidding computations for supplying hotels across USA. Sadly, they had to close the business a month after my 1 year with them.
I have also been and still am a Shopify merchant myself. The first business I did with Shopify was Mofittings, a high-ticket dropshipping type of business that aims to sell modern and contemporary furniture to the local market. Right now, my store with Shopify is a private-label perfume brand. I have created these stores from scratch. I do its maintenance and I’m also the one doing the adjustments on codes and SEO, editing the pictures and banners, and also blogs for the site. I also do organic traffic marketing through social media for my website sometimes. 
Another work experience you need to know is that I have worked closely with a well-known Dropshipping and E-commerce Mentor since 2018.  He was just starting out his journey and hired my services as a virtual assistant. The first year with him was a part-time job, my role as a virtual assistant is to do competitor research and research trends on dropshipping for his youtube Upgrade to see actual info 2019, I have been promoted to work full-time with him and my previous role was kept but I am also doing now product research and managing his growing Facebook Upgrade to see actual info 2020, I was promoted again, same tasks but now, I also help him hire people for his business and manage the team of people that I Upgrade to see actual infoomUpgrade to see actual info, I worked for him as his general manager and customer success manager, managing the team, ensuring the team was paid on time, helping him hire the perfect employee for the jobs he posted, and ensuring all the students in his mentorship program is happy with the service we provide in his business.
