I have 1 experience with Chat Support and Customer Service specifically it was a travel booking Upgrade to see actual info was a great experience to handle multi-tasking work like handling emails while settling some issues about customer's reservations. The best thing to have great customer service is being polite and patient.
I also have 5 years of experience in generating leads to build a list of email database containing contact details of target and prospect clients. A prospect lead must be high in quality wherein all the contact details of a person must be valid and verified through a good and quality process by using sources such as Google Search Engine Tools, Google Maps, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Yellowpages, Whitepages, ZoomInfo, Whois, Rapportive and other directory lists.
I turn cold leads to warm leads through email handling by creating campaigns containing a template on how to introduce company products and services then sending to prospect clients via Email Marketing. Social Media Marketing also plays an important role in marketing company product and services through the use of Social Media Sites.
