Profile Description

At a brokerage from December 2021 to the present, I have been serving as a Transaction Coordinator, who managed over 60 transactions totaling $31+ million in closed volume. My responsibilities includes overseeing all aspects of residential transactions, coordinating various processes like title/escrow, mortgage loans, and inspections, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and handling documentation and database entry.

During their tenure at an Indiana-based real estate investment company from January 2018 to December 2021, I have helped develop systems, processes, and procedures that helped my client achieve its goals of closing over 200+ wholesaling properties with average revenue of $10K to $12K per deal. I have worked as a Transaction Coordinator, assisting with wholesale property closings, coordinating various transaction processes, and serving as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Marketing Associate, and Lead Manager. I handled tasks related to property management, accounting, marketing, and lead management.

At Convergys Philippines, Inc. (February 2016 - November 2017), I worked as a Program Ready Trainer, creating and facilitating training materials, overseeing new hire training, and reporting on training progress. I also served as a Customer Service Associate/Technical Support Representative (September 2014 - February 2016) and handled technical and customer service calls.
Lastly, at Sitel Philippines, Inc. (April 2013 - August 2014), they worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting clients with billing inquiries and debit card issues.
