Profile Description

I am an experienced remote professional with a background in recruitment, HR support, marketing, and operations. Currently, I work as a recruiter for a healthcare company where I source and hire virtual assistants, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, nurses, personal trainers, and support workers. I manage the full recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening and shortlisting applicants.

I have experience using job platforms, reviewing resumes, coordinating candidates, and helping companies find the right talent quickly. In addition to recruitment, I also create job graphics and manage job postings across different platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Before focusing on recruitment, I gained experience in teaching, workflow management, funnel marketing, SEO, and online reputation management. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. I take pride in being reliable, proactive, and easy to work with. I am always eager to learn new systems and improve processes to help businesses run more efficiently.
