Profile Description

With almost 10 years of experience in BPO/IT industry, I am a passionate and skilled Adv App/Cloud Support & Engineer Sr Analyst. My mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions for complex business problems using Mulesoft, Salesforce, and other cloud technologies. I have a background in Customer/Technical Support, System Administration and Integration and I hold certifications from Cisco and Salesforce. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and I always strive to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed the client's expectations and satisfaction.
As a Mulesoft Developer at Accenture, I work with the Project Manager and other developers to implement Mulesoft APIs required by the business. I use Mulesoft's Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform, which include Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and more. I analyze and design the system requirements, create RAML specifications as API contracts for development, understand and implement Dataweave scripts, use SVN for repository, deploy APIs to various platforms, and implement basic policies in API Manager. I also have experience as a Jr Salesforce Administrator, where I guided other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, provided input and executed user documentation and training material, resolved issues relevant to project deliverables, provided technical guidance to customers and end-users, and documented and reported gaps and issues. I have developed and demonstrated skills in Tortoise SVN, SVN, Jira, Mulesoft, Salesforce, Cisco, and other cloud technologies.
