Profile Description

My most previous job was Social Media Manager for a supplement company working on all of their Social Media accounts, creating graphics to post and also handle customer service. I also process the sample packs to be sent out to our Affiliates.

I've also worked as a CAD Consultant for a software company for 2 years. I started as a Sales Facilitator and got promoted as a Lead Rehabilitator and after a few months got promoted to a Sales Facilitator Supervisor and got the biggest promotion a Virtual Assistant can get which is a CAD Consultant.

I was also a Page Population Coordinator where I helped in creating websites and populating all the webpages for our Summit clients. I also reached out to the speakers and hosts to get all the necessary information such as the bonuses that they will provide to the attendees and I edit their video interviews as well.

My other sales experience were as a Sales Consultant for a Logistics Company where I sell our software to Logistics Manager and I get commission every time they use our software. I became an Appointment setter for a Real Estate company where I cold call potential home sellers in the west coast and I always follow up with them and nurture the leads for us to close deal.

I've been in the customer service industry (BPO) for 5 years mainly providing assistance over the phone. I am currently working for an insurance company as a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist and the pioneer VA who does the cold calling and generating leads. I have also trained new VA's to be part of the sales team.
I got promoted as an Operations Product Trainer back in 2015 and I my responsibilities were to teach the new hires all the essential things that they need before they get endorsed to production where they will perform their roles. I also create modules for our Instructor Led Trainings (ILT). I am proficient in MS office and email works for this is what we mainly use for admin works. I am a fast learner and a competitive hard working person looking for a stable job where I can provide insanely great customer experience and all the skills and competencies that I have cultivated in my 5 years of experience.
