My most previous job was Social Media Manager for a supplement company working on all of their Social Media accounts, creating graphics to post and also handle customer service. I also process the sample packs to be sent out to our Affiliates.
I've also worked as a CAD Consultant for a software company for 2 years. I've been in the customer service industry (BPO) for 5 years mainly providing assistance over the phone. I am currently working for an insurance company as a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist and the pioneer VA who does the cold calling and generating leads.
