Using a CSC (Customer Service Center) tool, I was able to provide them information and updates about the order status, price matching for a specific product, account basic troubleshooting, and etc.
I'm passionate about pursuing a career as a Virtual Assistant. I may be starting out but I'm committed to growing in this field and continuously improving my skills to provide excellent service.
