Profile Description

I am recently doing Marketing strategies and planning which involves audience selection and targeting, funnel ads making, customer journeys and experiences.   I've been specializing on creating an effective marketing plans and models for a successful integration on digital landscapes. I am adept on marketing emails and follow-throughs. 
On Advertising, I've been trained on most of the advertising platforms- Facebook, Amazon, Google and Bing PPC and Ads management. I am currently managing Facebook Ads manager for my client which entails me to research and implement targeting, audience, effective advertising goals and objectives, creatives, ad copies and headlines, analytics, and reporting. I am currently managing Amazon sponsored ads/headline search ads for US, CA, MX marketplaces. At the same time, I am responsible for the data feeds updates of Bing and Google shopping Upgrade to see actual info addition, I do campaign creations on Search, Display and Performance Max Google ads. 
Prior to my current job, I've been working in a BPO industry for almost 10 years with a vast experience in B2B, chat/email and phone supports. I have handled different accounts from Telco, Cable TV, Upgrade to see actual info (advertising) and Travel/flights. I have been promoted as Team lead, handled escalation and client services as well as tasked to handle improvement plans and sales clinic for outliers.
I am an expert on Pay per click advertising (handled Upgrade to see actual info PPC) with experiences on Campaign analytics and ads editorial.
I also had a short stint in teaching- IELTS review, Reading Comprehension and grammar improvement classes.
I have a good command of English both written and spoken, independent, with strong leadership skills and with eagerness to learn and unlearn things for improvement. I am passionate, focused and goal oriented with excellent intra and extrapersonal skills.
I have been a freelance for over five years now and I am loving it. I am looking for a stable and long-term career with a insatiable needs for learning and development on my current skill set.
