Profile Description

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile.  I worked in the BPO Industry with over 14 years of experience handling different kind of business tools, preparing reports, and maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Possess a B.S. in Business Management and expertise in Excel. I'm always open to learning new techniques and tools. If I don't know something, I always strive to learn it. Through my BPO experience, I developed high levels of competency in Excel, Data Entry, Web Research, Order Management, Lead Management, Google Docs, SAP, Reporting as well as performing numerous administrative tasks independently.  I am a fast learner as I also handled client specific tools or paid tools like OMS, Salesforce, SAP MM, Tableau and Mozenda. One of my favorite job that I have been a part of was helping my client monitor and track thousands of products across online shopping sites and displays how it compares to our client's pricing. This allows the client to focus on their strategy in regards on how they price their products relative to the competitors and the marketplace or to just keep track of the competitive landscape of online shopping sites. I was promoted as an Assistant Team Lead due to my quality, productivity and willingness to go the extra mile. Another job that I am very proud of was being responsible for completing competitive pricing comparisons which includes encoding information into a comparison tool, reconciling encoded information, reviewing accuracy of information, and providing qualitative responses to internal sales consultants. This greatly increased the chances for our sales agents to attract potential merchants by supplying our analysis. I was promoted to a SME due to my leadership, pro activeness in teaching new processes to my teammates and creating a Policy and Procedure guide to newly introduced process/work. Lastly, I am very proud of was learning SAP Material Master Data by creating, extending and monitoring hundred thousand parts to be used or sell by Brady. I was promoted to Level 2 due to my hard work and diligence.
I would like to work full time. This is an eye-opener as a family member contracted COVID. Because of this experience, me and my family d ---------- to prioritize safety and health over anything else. I assure you that I am reliable and adaptable and will go the extra mile. I work well with one person, small teams and large teams. I am always open to learn new tools as this will help me for my growth. My past employers and colleagues have told me they always appreciated that I was on time and my assignments were complete and done with quality. They also appreciated my willingness to offer help in anyway.
