I am currently working as Operations Team Lead for Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. I have 9+ years experience in mortgage both Lender and Broker side - FHA, Conventional, VHDA, USDA, NCH, Jumbo, Construction Perm.
I am currently overseeing the pipeline of 8 employees and making sure the file is within the TAT. I am also reviewing Homeowner's insurance (Ordering, follow up and review).
I also have experience in Post closing and order outs for Broker side. Updating Lending Pad, Arive and Loan Factory. I am familiar with different lending portals UWM Portal, Rocket TPO, PennyMac, Loan Store, Champions Funding, Windsor Mortgage etc.
