My career began in 2006 in the BPO industry, supporting international brands in sales and customer communications. That experience built a strong foundation in client service, organization, and relationship management—skills that continue to shape the way I support businesses today.

In 2019, I transitioned into remote work and expanded my expertise into virtual business support, lead generation, skip tracing, CRM management, data research, digital marketing, and visual design. My journey as a visual designer didn't begin in a classroom—it began with curiosity. Long before design became part of my profession, I enjoyed creating graphics simply because I loved bringing ideas to life. What started as a hobby evolved into a passion for creating visuals that are not only attractive but also purposeful. Today, I design logos, social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and digital products that help businesses communicate their message with clarity and consistency.

On the research side, I specialize in skip tracing, lead research, and data validation, using public records and trusted data sources such as county assessor websites, clerk records, business registries, FastPeopleSearch, TruePeopleSearch, carrier lookup tools, and other location-specific resources. My goal is always to deliver accurate, organized, and actionable information that clients can confidently use for sales, marketing, acquisitions, and business development.
