Electronics Engineer

My current position is Support Sales Engineer, where I serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, representing our brand and product line with professionalism and expertise. My role involves ensuring a smooth and successful sales process by assisting clients from initial inquiry through to product delivery. I am responsible for guaranteeing that products are delivered in excellent condition and for providing comprehensive training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of our equipment. Through this role, I contribute to building strong client relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

As an Electronics Engineer, I have been exposed to circuit design and the use of various software applications for simulation and analysis. Although my hands-on experience in this field is still limited, it remains one of my strongest areas of interest. I am eager to further develop my expertise and pursue a career that aligns closely with circuit design and related technologies, with the hope of securing a role that will allow me to apply and enhance these skills in a professional setting.
