Currently pursuing professional growth with a Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics, complemented by extensive experience in the fields of agriculture, plantation operations, warehouse management, and HR administration.
Career began in 2010 as a Project Clerk for 1.5 years at the University of Southeastern Philippines, supporting agricultural research and project documentation. Entered the banana plantation industry as a Field Supervisor for 1 year, then served as Warehouse Supervisor for 3 years, and later advanced to Area Warehouse Manager for 7 years, overseeing 11 large warehouses handling agricultural inputs and aircraft materials. Presently working as an HR Staff at the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Davao de Oro for nearly 2 years, focusing on HR records management, employee services, and administrative operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and Visio, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
