Hi, I'm Software Quality Assurance Engineer with about 5 years in testing web-page app and mobile applications. The list of projects/applications tested includes local Webpage and mobile versions. I'm familiar with utilizing JIRA to report product bugs, bug isolation, to verify fixed bugs and issue resolution. I create and maintain test documentation between releases: test cases, test reports. I also participate in meetings with QA and project teams to discuss the testing process and suggest improvements. I communicate with the end-user – developers, tech support reps to identify and resolve quality-related issues. I'm a hardworking person and a little bit perfectionist. I want everything to go on my plan and all data is accurate.
