Profile Description

For over 16 years, I specialized in Customer Service and Virtual Assistant. I never get tired of learning new things especially if it's something where I can grow more and build my personality. I worked as a Customer Representative for more than 12 years in Convergys Clark. With different projects or clients such as AOL, CLEAR, and Cricket. 
My second job as a Case Manager Assistant in Omni Therapy which is based in California. Stayed with Omni Therapy for 4 years. I'm in the Home-based/ or Virtual Assistant industry for 4 years now. We were using the Devero tool for our patient's data/profile, we also used google sheet for the tracking of visits, documents. We used Hubstaff for our time tracker. Ring Central is our phone device for text, outbound, and inbound calls. And lastly, we also have the text line app to communicate to our Therapists and Home Health Agencies. I was also assigned to the Billing/Collection dept, and Profile distributor in the Staffing dept(sending Patient Profile to our therapists via email). 
I also worked with Digital Marketing Success for Upgrade to see actual info is a private and small business that offers Digital Marketing Strategies to small businesses. I worked as a TeleMarketer- calling leads and sending emails. We used ClickUp and Prospect Rocket tools.
The last job- worked at home as an Appointment setter at BDC Angels/5 Star Auto Plaza(car dealership). (-CALLING AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS USING PROMAX AND CLARITY FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO MEET PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
