My name is Nicole Samala, and I?ve spent the past several years working as an Operations Manager in the retail and manpower industries. In this role, I?ve developed strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, managing teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth workflows ? all of which are highly transferable to a Virtual Assistant or remote role.


While I may not have direct experience working remotely, my background has trained me to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. I am highly adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new systems or tools quickly.
