Profile Description

I am looking for part-time data entry or administrative tasks.

I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant in a Disability Law Firm based in California USA for more than 3 years now. I do intakes, answer incoming calls, answer inquiries, call prospect leads and coordinate with my teammates and the Atty. 

I also worked for an E-E-Commerce company as a Customer /Technical Support Representative for 3 years and 10 months (June 2015 - April 2019).
I handled phone calls, customer inquiries, orders, returns of products, troubleshooting, email support, chat support, and data entry in Salesforce.
I did work as an Appointment Setter and Confirmation Officer for Timeshare and Directbuy Accounts for a total of 8 years.  My responsibilities as an Opener and Closer are to get cold calls, be interested in attending a 90-minute presentation, and make sure they will attend on the appointed date and time. As a Confirmation Officer of the said accounts,  I confirmed the date and time, and venue of client’s appointment, with a brief profile of the comparative giving driving directions, showing them how to get to the venue. I have a strong work ethic, has, a positive attitude and self - motivated. high-quality to a high quality service that ensures a positive experience.
