• Inside Sales Agent - Wam and cold calling for both buyer and seller leads. Handled FSBO, and expired leads.  
• ADMIN – save and create files via google share, data entry ( I can do 60 words per minute), attend business meetings, email management, create surveys and create social marketing ads. Create flyers and posters.
• Outbound calls –
Cold calls. I  call realtors to invite them to a recruiting webinar class
- Get sponsors for events
• Analyzing & creating reports
• Manage, lead, create SMART action plan, and empower a team
• Inbound – handle complaints, Sales, billing, collections, and exceptional customer service experience
